Saif Ullah, PE, has joined GEI’s Dallas, TX office as a Senior Project Manager

Dallas, TX (October 27, 2022) – Saif Ullah has joined GEI’s Dallas TX office as a Senior Project Manager. Saif brings more than 22 years of progressive experience serving as Project Manager/Lead Engineer for traditional Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and Capital Improvement Projects throughout Texas.

“I look forward to working with Saif to serve our Texas transportation clients and leverage his experience on complex infrastructure projects,” says Daphne King, GEI’s Dallas Branch Manager. “Saif’s expertise will enable us to broaden our reach with additional TxDOT pre-certified categories and support other geographies with his Missouri PE licensure.”

Saif earned his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Missouri. He is also pre-certified by TxDOT.
